I-AR400 "i-thru-hardened", imelana nemihuzuko, i-alloy wear plate. Ibanga lokuqina liyi-360/440 BHN nobulukhuni bokuzisholo be-400 BHN. Izinga lokushisa lesevisi ngu-400°F. Lo mkhiqizo wepuleti uhloselwe ukusetshenziswa ezinhlelweni lapho kudingeka khona ukulingana okuhle kokubunjwa, ukushisela, ukuqina kanye nokumelana nemihuzuko. Izinsimbi ezikwazi ukumelana nemihuzuko ngokuvamile zithengiswa ebangeni lokuqina hhayi ikhemistri egxilile. Ukwehluka okuncane kukhemistri kukhona kuye ngokuthi isigayo esikhiqizayo. Izicelo zingabandakanya ukusetshenziswa ezimayini, izinkwali, ukuphatha impahla eyinqwaba, izigayo zensimbi, nezimboni ze-pulp & paper. Imikhiqizo ye-Wear plate yakhelwe ukusetshenziswa kwe-liner; azihloselwe ukusetshenziswa njengezakhiwo ezizisekelayo noma izinto zokuphakamisa.
I-AR500 "i-thru-hardened", imelana nemihuzuko, i-alloy wear plate. Ibanga lokuqina liyi-470/540 BHN ngobulukhuni obujwayelekile be-500 BHN. Lo mkhiqizo wepuleti uhloselwe ukusetshenziswa ezinhlelweni lapho ukulingana okuhle komthelela, ukuqina kanye nokumelana nokuhuzuka kuyadingeka. Izinsimbi ezikwazi ukumelana nemihuzuko ngokuvamile zithengiswa ebangeni lokuqina hhayi ikhemistri egxilile. Ukwehluka okuncane kukhemistri kukhona kuye ngokuthi isigayo esikhiqizayo. I-AR400 VS AR450 VS AR500+ Izingcwecwe Zensimbi
Izigayo ezihlukene zingase zibe "namaresiphi" ahlukene ensimbi ye-AR, kodwa okokusebenza okukhiqiziwe kwenziwa ukuhlolwa kokuqina - okwaziwa ngokuthi i-Brinell Test - ukuze kutholwe isigaba esiwela kuso. Ukuhlolwa kwe-Brinell okwenziwa ezintweni zensimbi ze-AR ngokuvamile kuhlangabezana nokucaciswa kwe-ASTM E10 kokuhlola ubulukhuni bezinto ezibonakalayo.
